About Victorio's Restaurant

Victorio’s Restaurant was founded in 2002 by Victorio and Willy Pastuizaca. Victorio, who has a tremendous background in Italian cuisine, is Head Chef and restaurant owner while Willy, restaurant manager, manages the day to day operations. Victorio has over sixteen years of culinary experience and a long history of preparing food at some of the area’s finest restaurants. Victorio received accolades as working chef at Casa Turano in Bloomfield, New Jersey, when the restaurant was awarded ***½ by the Star Ledger. Victorio was also chef at Antonio’s Restaurant and Three Guys Pizzeria in Belleville, New Jersey. Before opening Victorio’s, he worked alongside Chef John Giglio at the famed Palazzo in Montclair, New Jersey.

Over the years, Chef Victorio developed his own unique style of fine Italian cuisine and created dishes made with only the finest ingredients and cooked to a mouth-watering perfection. Our mission at Victorio’s Restaurant is to provide you with a vast menu of gourmet quality, generously portioned Italian dishes at very affordable prices. Spicy pizza, succulent veal, savory chicken are just a few of the menu choices and daily specials served in a friendly, casual family dining experience that is uniquely Victorio’s.

To suit the needs of all our customers, we created our Take Out and Catering menus. Let us cater your next corporate party or family celebration in our private banquet room, which seats up to seventy-five guests. We will customize your menu to your special occasion. In addition, our Take Out menu offers a wide selection of restaurant-quality, authentic Italian fare. Victorio’s primary purpose is to serve everyone, and because we understand that not everyone has the time in this busy world to come and enjoy our facility, we take great pride in our superior delivery service.

Located in the East West Plaza in Bloomfield, New Jersey, Victorio’s Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM; Sunday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
